Welcome to Vapinglo. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Vapinglo website, including all products, information, features and services available through our website.

Throughout these Terms, “Vapinglo,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Vapinglo. “You” and “your” refer to the website visitor, account holder or customer.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing our website, creating an account or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced within them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or purchase products from Vapinglo.

1. Adult Use and Age Requirements

Vapinglo sells age-restricted vaping products intended exclusively for adults.

You may only use this website and purchase products if you:

  • Are at least 21 years old in the United States;
  • Have reached the legal smoking or vaping age in your jurisdiction;
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
  • Are legally permitted to purchase, possess and use the products offered.

By placing an order, you confirm that you satisfy all applicable age requirements.

We may use independent age-verification services or request additional information to verify your identity and age. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if your age cannot be verified.

Purchasing products on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

2. Product and Health Information

Some products sold by Vapinglo may contain nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive substance.

Our products are not intended for minors, pregnant or nursing individuals, or anyone who should avoid nicotine for medical reasons.

Information provided on the Vapinglo website is for general product and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

Vaping products are not automatically intended or approved as smoking-cessation products. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have questions about nicotine use or its possible health effects.

3. Website Use

You agree to use the Vapinglo website only for lawful personal purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
  • Attempt to purchase products if you are underage;
  • Provide false identity, age, payment or shipping information;
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the website;
  • Introduce viruses, malicious software or harmful code;
  • Copy, scrape or collect website content without authorization;
  • Attempt to access another customer’s account;
  • Use the website to infringe intellectual property rights;
  • Resell products where such resale is prohibited by law; or

4. Customer Accounts

Vapinglo is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

5. Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, specifications, nicotine information and availability accurately.

However, product packaging, colors and appearance may vary slightly from the images shown because of screen settings, manufacturer updates or production differences.

All products are subject to availability. Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve it.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may:

  • Contact you to select an alternative;
  • Hold the order until the product is restocked;
  • Remove the unavailable product and refund the applicable amount; or
  • Cancel and refund the affected order.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit purchase quantities or restrict sales to certain customers or locations.

6. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout. Prices may change without prior notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed when your order is submitted, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

Vapinglo currently accepts supported payment methods that may include:

  • Credit cards;
  • Debit cards; and
  • PayPal.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Your payment may be subject to additional verification by the payment provider or card issuer.

An order will not be prepared for shipment until complete payment has been received and accepted.

If your payment fails, is declined or cannot be verified, your order may remain unpaid or be automatically cancelled.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, bank fees, currency-conversion charges and other costs imposed by your financial institution or local authorities.

7. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that Vapinglo has accepted it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Failed age or identity verification;
  • Incorrect product or pricing information;
  • Payment failure or suspected fraud;
  • Product unavailability;
  • Shipping restrictions;
  • Suspected resale or commercial purchasing;
  • Violation of these Terms; or
  • Legal or regulatory requirements.

If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the cancelled amount.

8. Changing an Order

Once payment has been completed, customers cannot directly change the products in an order through the website.

If you ordered the wrong product, contact help@vapinglo.com as soon as possible. We may be able to change the product before the order has been processed by the shipping company.

We cannot guarantee that a requested change will be completed.

If the replacement product costs more, you must pay the price difference before shipment. If it costs less, we will refund the difference using the applicable payment method.

Products cannot be changed after the package has been processed or shipped.

9. Cancelling an Order

An unpaid order can be disregarded if you no longer wish to complete it.

For a paid order, contact help@vapinglo.com as soon as possible. We may cancel the order if it has not yet been processed by the shipping company.

Once a package has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.

A cancellation request is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Vapinglo.

10. Changing the Shipping Method

We can only change the shipping method before the shipping company has processed or dispatched the package.

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you want to request a different shipping method.

If the new shipping method costs more, you must pay the difference before we can arrange shipment. If it costs less, the applicable difference may be refunded.

We cannot change the shipping method after the package has been dispatched.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Vapinglo orders are normally shipped from our United States warehouse.

Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination, carrier service and successful age verification.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of:

  • Severe weather;
  • Public holidays;
  • Carrier disruptions;
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses;
  • Age or identity-verification requirements;
  • Local restrictions;
  • High order volumes; or
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, age-verification failure or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply.

Some deliveries may require an adult signature or proof of age. The recipient must satisfy all applicable legal-age requirements.

Vapinglo is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been transferred to the shipping provider, but we will provide reasonable assistance when investigating delivery issues.

12. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Returns, refunds and replacement requests are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used vaping products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or applicable law requires otherwise.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, contact help@vapinglo.com promptly and provide:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the problem;
  • Clear photographs or videos; and
  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label where relevant.

Do not discard the product or packaging until our customer service team has reviewed your request.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

13. Lost, Delayed or Delivered Packages

Tracking information may be provided after your order has been shipped.

If tracking shows no movement or the estimated delivery period has passed, contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, you should:

  • Check the delivery location;
  • Ask household members or neighbors;
  • Contact the shipping carrier; and
  • Notify Vapinglo promptly.

Vapinglo is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided, except where required by applicable law.

14. Intellectual Property

All content available through the Vapinglo website, including text, graphics, logos, layouts, icons, photographs, videos and website design, is owned by or licensed to Vapinglo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access the content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission from Vapinglo or the applicable rights holder.

Third-party product names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.

15. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a product review, photograph, comment, suggestion or other content, you confirm that:

  • The content is accurate and based on your genuine experience;
  • You have the right to submit it;
  • It does not infringe another person’s rights;
  • It is not unlawful, abusive, misleading or defamatory; and

You grant Vapinglo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, edit and use submitted content for website operation, customer service and marketing purposes.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

By using our website, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in that policy, including for order fulfillment, payment processing, customer support, fraud prevention, age verification and legal compliance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Vapinglo website and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • All website information will always be complete or current;
